In the Decipher, Inc. Dwarves of Middle-earth (2003) supplement, the seven Dwarf Lords and their houses are named as Durin, Sindri, Linnar, Var, Uri, Thulin and Vigdis. My numbering is taken from a group photo.
MEN

None of these characters were named within the movie, nor were they (in this incarnation) named in a Decipher Card. Only one, the Witch-king of Angmar is named in the LOTR. In the context of the movie, they are often referred to as 'Kings' but I'm not sure that is canon.

We can assume the character identity of one. We know who portrayed one and another is in contention. I have only included these three below since I have no information about the rest. My numbering is taken from a group photo.

Witch-king of Angmar

Name is from the book. This name is not provided in any official capacity in regards to the movie but it can be presumed that this prominently displayed man with a crown is the King / Witch-king of Angmar.
